My regular dry cleaner went out of business. So I brought my shirts here to be laundered and pressed. I was quoted $2.75 shirt which was more than I was paying previously but not terribly more expensive. Three of my shirts had a small amount of linen (2%!!!) and for those shirts I was charged a whopping $7 a piece. These are shirts that are non-iron that I’ve washed at home in my own washer and dryer that didn’t require any special cleaning and that I’d laundered and pressed for the same price as my other shirts for years at... read more

Alex, sorry for the misunderstanding. We do charge more for linen blend shirts. Not sure why they did for 2% linen tho. I see you brought in 50 shirts at one time and 3 were charged the "hand press" price. If you can bring in the 3 shirts for me to look at, I can adjust the price. Linen shirts are cleaned different than regular cotton shirts. The water temp is much different and that's why they are charged more. Please come see me at the Gilbert store.
