The guy was very nice but didn't speak or understand English very well. He also didn't ask me if I wanted my clothes washed or dry cleaned and he didn't know what organic dry cleaning is. As far as the cleaning goes he got out most of the stains so I'm happy about that.

Mitch is always consistent with pick up and drop offs. Everything comes back perfect. I even have these couch pillows that need special cleaning and they come back better then new!
