Customer service was awesome , formal dresses came back beautifully and quickly , and wedding gown as well. Wedding dress came back within a week and was perfectly preserved and displayed in the box not to mention how affordable it was. I highly recommend lapels! I will definitely be doing all dry cleaning business with them.
