I dropped off a garment. I had to speak (say hello) 3 times to the older lady at the counter. I was making sure she could hear me. She finally spoke back and said, "hey I hold on. I now have to stop what I'm doing because you walked in".. I literally had no response. I just said, "yes ma'am. As if I was bothering her!!
