Their was a mistake on the date of our pick. I called and complained. I was pleased that when they got my message they called me immediately and apologized. I was very pleasant surprised at their response and have decided to continue to use LAPELS for me dry cleaning.

Lapels provides excellent service and have done so through the pandemic. In addition to our work garments, they have cleaned blankets and curtains— all terrific. Their seamstress does excellent work as well, and quickly. This is the Dry Cleaner to go to!

I had a zipper foot in a boot. The price was a little high but the service was absolutely perfect
