Excellent work that exceeded my expectations. My comforter was cleaned and neatly folded into a nice breathable zippered case. I can store it for the season and it looks like I just bought it! Very friendly and helpful staff. Love that they kept air flow (open doors) when I was there , along with social distancing signs and hand sanitizer. 10 minute parking is steps away. Would highly recommend!

Dry cleaning OK. It would have been nice to have followed my request to have sweater blocked and folded( as you did before without being asked) than stretched on a hanger. Really love environmental approach to dry cleaning, but attention to this detail would be great in the future. Thank you

Awesome, cleaning, very professional, i plan to use Lapels for all my cleaning. The person who took my order was very kind and patient with me. Lots of folks don't have patience to deal with the elderly. (I'm pushing 78) so glad I found this place and all because my regular cleaners doesn't clean drapes. I won this one.
