I like the colorful pocket handkerchiefs you put it jacket pockets.
We moved to a different part of the city but I will continue to make the drive because of the terrific service and how well they take care of my garments at Lapels.
Good dry cleaning. Quick turn around. Like the email notification when items are ready for pick up.
Suit was cleaned well but tie was not cleaned at all
The staff, including Stefanie, is always so nice and helpful. A few times, I have even received an email that my order is ready a day earlier than promised. That's great.
This was my first time and last going to this place. I took a pair of casual sneakers to glue the sole. The problem was only in one shoe but the gentleman who helped me said that when it happen to one it will happen to the other one as well. That was better to do both. Later on I got a call telling me the price was going to be $12.00. I said if that was for both to ok and do it otherwise I don’t want to do any. When I went to pick them up I was charged $27.13. Jacket is clean and delivered on time.
Lapels is great! They don’t shrink or lose your clothes. Everything is done in a very timely manner. Definitely would recommend them!! We are very picky about having a great dry cleaner:-)
