It is most pleasant dealing with the older woman. She has a great memory and remembers me every time. I only drop off my cleaning when she is working, as she listens and gets it right every time. Not so much with young woman. Also, the young woman does NOT give a receipt. When asked she said she doesn’t do that. Frankly, it’s always better to have receipt. Maybe the older woman needs to teach younger, the correct way of doing things.
