You do a good job but the communication with getting items picked up it gets a little confusing I know during covid it was very confusing but there's still no communication on if you're coming back on the schedule days or if I need to call etc

Third time. Each was for a different type of fabric. A yellowed tuxedo shirt, came back paper white! A delicate baby alpaca throw came out fresh and clean. Last item was a queen sized comforter. Done quickly and completed ahead of the promised date.

I had 100% cotton shirts that came back from a competitor looking like a steam roller had ironed them. Came back from Lapels looking like an ex-military had ironed them!!! But I didn’t have to! Best $5 a Pair I’ve spent in years.
