I came to visit the city of Brownsville and I needed alterations done in my dress. I took my dress on Tuesday and Lapels estimated the dress to be done on Friday June 4, 2021. However, they were done with the dress by Thursday June 3, 2021 and the dress fit perfectly. Will come back when I need alterations or dry cleaning.

I was told that a rip in my running shoe could be repaired. After waiting nearly a month I went to pick up the sneakers the rip was still there. I was charged for what I was told was a cleaning, the shoes were not dirty. Having to speak to the owner, I was told they did not do that kind of repair work after telling me it would be no problem to fix. They did not offer me a credit. I will not be returning to Labels.

Had 7 shirts pressed and 2 pants pressed needed it back the same day for a photo shoot and they did it they went above and beyond to make sure they satisfied me will use them again
