Our clothes where cleaned beautifully but the cost is too high. To pay $30.00 for 4 items is a bit much. I only picked Lapels because of the location. Sorry I will not be returning because of the price. I have found other dry cleaning services in the area with much lower prices and they have great reviews.

Was so pleased when I picked up my daughter’s white dress to see that the salsa stains were gone! The dress looks brand new. Many thanks! I’ll never go another cleaners.

Long time customer, although not much dry cleaning of summer clothing. Went to drop off 4 shirts and the new as of Jan 2021, must PREPAY. I left my shirts only to pick them up a couple of days later to find 2 looked more wrinkled than when they were dropped off. I requested light starch obviously only 2 had that. I will NO longer be using Lapel's for my dry cleaning. I am not going to prepay for a service. I have checked around and no other cleaners are requiring this. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!.
