There was a white linen shirt that I picked up with a tag saying you couldn’t take out the stains. I never had stains on it to begin with. Looks like it was on a dirty floor, or hair dye. Anyway, I put Chateau Spill on the stains and they came out immediately. I should be reimbursed as it seems that your staff were the ones that stained the shirt. I always point out if there is a stain etc.

Very friendly and courteous staff, however jeans were not starched and pressed well, they had a wrinkle on the side that had been pressed in. I had to return them to be redone. Staff was very understanding and sent them to be redone at no charge.

I am very happy with the service in the Burlington store, the Manager is pleasant, helpful, caring and I look forward to. seeing him when I am in the store.
