Great weekend hours (which is important to me because I work long days). My item (a comforter) was ready 2 days earlier than expected which was great!! So glad the business is in my town center.

When I turned in my pants on Tuesday, the receiver said they’d be ready Thursday. That’s great, because I need them on Friday. My wife went to pick them up and the lady said they wouldn’t be ready until Friday evening. That doesn’t work. The same lady called the other location where they actually clean the clothes and had them find my pants and put them on the top of the pile so they’d be ready Friday morning. A little bit of a drive, but that worked. Nice of them to help out. That’s customer service.

The staff is always great ! I have been using Lapels since we moved from Arlington, Texas to Edmonf in 2015. They always take their time to get all the info from a customer about the cleaning.
