I took my shirts to get tailored then they did it wrong and they want to charge me again. Completely unacceptable treatment to a patron! I would think they would want to make it right. Tells you what kind of character the manager is!

I have checked with the store and it appears that you brought in 3 shirts. 2 shirts you requested the sleeves be shorted by 2 inches and the 3rd shirt you wanted shorted by 1 inch. We did as you requested, but when you came to pick them up and you tried one on, you decided the sleeves weren't short enough and also you wanted them taken in with the width that they were too large around your arm.
