I took 2 jerseys that got stained from 2 weeks prior and gladly they were able to get them removed I was so happy and the price was way cheaper then I expected. Thank you Lapels!!

Was recommended by a friend in the area. They never tried them so I decided too. Took two shirts in and was quoted two days to complete. To my surprise they finished a day early with excellent results. I would recommend this location in Yuma AZ to anyone. Friend staff, very attentive to your requests and made me feel at ease handing over my garments. They have also made a lasting customer in the process. Thank you.

I brought a dress in for Lapel’s to replace the zipper in a favorite dress. When I picked it up, I took it home, put it in my closet, and later pulled it out when packing for a business trip. Shockingly, the zipper was defective so I couldn’t wear the dress! I put it in my car to take back (20 mile drive) during their working hours (not convenient for me). When I brought the dress back last week they told me I would have to pay again for them to replace the zipper. Inexcusable! I will never do business with them again!

I have pulled your records and it appears we replaced the zipper in November of 2022 and you brought the dress back on July 27, 2024.
