I called Lapels to ask how much they charge to dry clean my king size down comforter and was quoted a price I thought was reasonable. I took the comforter in, then received an email advising it was ready for pick up on the day promised. The comforter was in a plastic bag with a handle to carry. The Lapels staff was very friendly and professional!
