I had to return a few shirts for a redo because it was obvious they had not been finished. The shirts were visibly wrinkled and limp; there was no crispness to the fabric considering the shirts were supposed to have medium starch. Have never had issues with the finished product at Lapels in the past. When I returned the shirts, the clerk said the shirts were “too new” so they didn’t take the starch but would after a few more future pressings.
