Terrible!! I dropped off two suits to be cleaned and pressed. Upon picking up the suits, both suits were missing pants which at the time we did not know. Several months later when packing for a wedding, we discovered the pants were missing. Lapels could not find the pants and refused to reimburse me for purchasing replacement pants.
My experience was a good one.
Very good experience. Pleasant staff. Clothes looked great. Reasonable price. I got an email letting me know my order was ready. I would recommend and we will be back.
