Excellent! We brought a dining room chair cushion in for cleaning. It was hand cleaned and beautiful after 30 years of never cleaning. We brought the remaining cushions in for cleaning. We have use Lapels before and they do an excellent job. And, they are environmentally friendly.
Lapels did a fantastic job of removing the smoke smell from 5 wool winter coats after our recent house fire. I highly recommend Lapels. Their customer service was above and beyond.
