I was desperate, after spilling hot candle wax on a wool coat on Christmas day! I looked up Best Same Day Cleaners and found many cleaners, but was impressed with Lapels review comments on Yelp, so decided to pass 50 cleaners on way to Lapels the day after Christmas! The tound lady at counter was sweet and confident the coat could be cleaned successfully, so I left it with fingers crossed. My only and I mean only complaint is buttons and collar stays. I cannot tell you how many times I have went to a city and found a button missing and or a collar stay not in the shirt. Your staff is extremely friendly.
