Need to make coupons available at any time. Seems like I always drop off my shirts and then I get a coupon e-mailed me while they are processing and can’t use it when I pick up, very frustrating

Allen, I'm sorry you got frustrated. I will look into what coupon you were getting emailed. As far as I know, we only send out 1 coupon through email and that's on the first of the month. This month's coupon is "3 for 2 sweaters" . We don't have any coupons for launder shirts as of now. We do have a rewards program that the computer keeps track of dollars spent and then a coupon will print out while your there and those are good on laundry shirts as well as dry cleaning. We were visiting family in Gilbert and needed dry cleaning as we continued our travels throughout the Southwest. Lapels was friendly, FAST and so economical. We needed our dry-cleaned clothes within 2 days. They delivered early and gave us fantastic service on a terribly stained raincoat. We were so pleased and could continue on our travels without concern. Thank you again for exceeding our expectations. We’ll be back.
