I accidentally dropped off damaged clothes that belonged to my husband snd called the next morning to explain. There was no interest in resolving the problem snd was told that were already done. These clothes were gull of rips and customers should be called when this happens. Maybe they saw the condition snd thought better to ignore and make the money. I have been a customers for years but fear the new owners will run their business differently than those of the past.

I just left you a voicemail explaining this is the first I’ve heard of the situation. I always call my customers before cleaning anything that is damaged.
