I pulled up at 4:59 on Saturday night. I saw on the sign you closed at 5:00. The women that helped me was gracious, and kind. I’m sure she wanted to shut down, but took care of me as if it was earlier in the day. I appreciated that very much.

The shirts came out well. But, I had to make. 3 trips back to the cleaners from Tuesday - Thursday, first pick up 2?shirts that were held back and then 1 shirt held back, when the shirts were originally dropped off on the preceding Saturday. As a new 1st time customer to Lapels, my experience was very frustrating to say the least.

Was overcharged and shirts with French cuffs where not properly done.
