Counter service very good, very nice and knowledgeable lady that's been there at least 10 years that I know of, I never can remember her name but she's great. Clothes still in plastic bags but look good.

I’m a frequent flyer but what stands out most recently is that I had a huge stain on my shirt do to a mishap that occurs in the trunk of my car. The young lady at the desk explained after the i taking cleaning she felt it wasn't satisfactory and had it dry cleaned in addition. Shirt turned out great. Extra attention to detail and she went beyond what was expected. Outstanding I couldn’t be more happy with her and lapels. Respectfully Mike Ross..
