The store was very clean. The woman who helped us was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us a list of their prices which were very reasonable. I received a text when my coat was ready for pick up. It was done very well and the staff member even gave me a tip to keep the coat clean. A very pleasurable experience! Thank you Lapels!
