The seamstress saved my brand new jacket where the zipper was broken & the jacket was brand new. The lady at the front desk really goes all out to make sure I’m satisfied & I’m picky.! The whole staff makes a point of getting to know their customers & it makes a difference. BTW you can always find parking!

Always friendly and courteous. If I have I have a problem I feel safe and secure that it will be resolved. The cleaning and alterations are always done with great care.

Staff were friendly and helpful. brought drapes in to be shortened. They did an outstanding job. Went out if their way to be sure I had the drapes by the time I needed them.
