I am writing regarding the serious errors made with my curtains at your business. I brought in: New curtains to be hemmed My original, expensive curtains (with professional pleating and grommets) to serve as the correct length reference - they extended exactly 2 inches past the windowsill Without my permission, you incorrectly washed my original reference curtains, causing them to shrink. The linen shirt I brought in had a food stain on it towards the top that they successfully removed. But down towards the tail of the shirt were two orangish spots that were NOT there when I brought it in. Somewhere in the cleaning process they were made. I had already paid but the lady wouldn’t give me a receipt. She just gave me another pickup ticket. I hope they don’t try to charge me again when it’s ready in 5 days.

Had to wait 10 minutes to pick up my dry cleaning because the clerk had left the premises. There was a seamstress there but apparently she was incapable of operating the cash register.
