Your cleaning service is very good, if a little pricey. Your delivery service is generally prompt. Sometimes there is some miscommunication, but you always accommodate. The gentleman that handles our route is very nice, courteous and always wanting to please. We value his service.
I had entrusted two of my favorite sweaters to Lake City cleaners for repairs and blocking. Both came back and look beautiful. Lake City is my go to spot for alterations as well as general dry cleaning.
Your cleaning services are excellent. It is true that a jacket was damaged and one shirt was lost. However, I have been a customer for four or so years and have large numbers of garments cleaned regularly. So it is rare when when something bad happens, but when it does you have taken full responsibility and made it right. As a result, even with an occasional snafu, I am happy to recommend you to anyone.
