I was pleased with the person who serviced me.
This was my first visit to Kona cleaners as the cleaners that I have been using for the last 10 years recently closed. The service was incredibly efficient and the clothes were ready the next day. They texted me to let me know the order was ready for pick-up. They did a great job and the employees I encountered on 2 different days were very friendly and helpful. We just found ourselves a new cleaners!!
I can always count on the most professional cleaning services from Kona. I brought hand-painted linens for cleaning and received them back in pristine condition. I'm always greeted as a valued customer by friendly, professional employees.

Am very pleased with the customer service, from the girl who received my clothes, to the girl who gave them to me, all very professional, very polite and courteous.
