I was really happy about this place, the manager is beyond nice and great with people. However, I started noticing that a lot of my shirts were coming home with broken buttons or without them over all. Not sure what the process is, but this was definitely a let down.

Hello Maria, Sorry to hear that the buttons have been getting back to you broken or not there. Over time, the plastic on the buttons does tend to crack or break so that may be what's happening with the shirts. We press them on a machine that kind of "hugs" the shirt so if they are specialty buttons that are thicker that may also be a factor. We can certainly replace those buttons either way! Sometimes every half a year, I always take my pillow to kona to clean it. I love it! They clean it very good.
