Lolly is wonderful- very kind and respectful- and knowledgeable- please take good care of her- she goes out of her way to make sure my order is perfect- but please - every time I bring a garment in and request to have the under arm odor removed it comes back with the odor still there and we have to keep sending it back - please try to do a better job to remove the underarm odors- thank you
Started using Kona cleaners probably within last year & have been so pleased with the work they do and the staff. Most recently I took a set of Irish linen (tablecloth & napkins) that were yellowed from age & one had something that looked like a rust spot...looked absolutely brand new when I picked them up! Turn around time is fast and the staff have been very pleasant & helpful. Great place!
Lolly is just wonderful!!!! She is so kind and respectful and so knowledgeable - she will bend over backwards to make sure my order comes out perfectly!!! Please take good care of her- she is a sweetheart and has a great attitude!!! Also - many times I need attention paid to under arm odors- eveytime the garment has to be sent back to be cleaned over again- please try to improve addressing the under arm odor issues-PLEASE - I would be so grateful

As always I am very, very please with the quick and wonderful cleaning you provide. I am always pleased with your amazing staff and personal service. This includes the front desk with Vivian, Sandy, Oscar, and others and Lee in the sewing department and in the back department there is my special helper Reyes and all the others that take such good care of me and my husbands cloths. The staff at Kona, Costa Mesa have always been polite, friendly and helpful. My family has been a patron for more years than I can remeber and we have no intent of going elsewhere. I literally feel like part of the family. Their service is next to none and they always surprise me wiht their quick turn-around time.
