It was fine, but I don't understand why you can't pay for it before hand and have someone else pick it up for you. Why isn't the person working allowed to tell you the price beforehand??

We found Kona, Orange, about 2 years ago. We had previously been with the same cleaner for almost 20 yrs. They retired and sold and we were not even told that they were closing. I drop off our weekly laundry once a week on my way to work about 700am. I receive an email notification when it is complete and ready for pickup.
