The service is always friendly and accurate. They are a little more expensive then other dry cleaners, but they use non toxic, earth friendly soaps which I feel is worth the extra money. They are also open on Sundays until 3pm which is very useful to me if I cannot get there on a Saturday. I've been using Kona Cleaners for 18 years and have never regretted it. They are now using text and emails for more efficient communication.
I really like how quickly it was to drop off and pick up. And even more so, I love that 1 day turn is included. However, I would love it even more if there was an option to leave my items there for longer and pay a lower rate.
