I still dont feel that you treat your client as family members. one example, sometimes customer could bring coupon when they pick the items. however you dont honor it and saying that customer needs to show it when they drop them, no flexibility. sounds like, 'i dont care what you have, but I am following the company's rule,' 'you follow out rule, if you dont like it, look for other cleaners'
You guys were awesome, I took in my son's baseball jersey to get a patch sewn back on. I took it in at 10 am and you guys had it ready for me by 5 pm. Great job!
Had a two layered dress altered. Work was done a day early. Very nicely sewn and fits perfect!
