It was fantastic. I have used multiple Kona locations and have always had great service and experience.
My experience is always good staff is friendly and nice, the only thing I would say is that the staff members might need more education regards to the process of dry cleaning and understanding how to explain what you guys do and the process of it some of them did not know it when I asked what is the process of dry cleaning.My clothes always come back good nicely pressed and any alterations done very well.
