I was looking for new dry cleaner. Came across Kona on Yelp. Friendly service. Very automated. Received text that my cleaning was done early next morning. Quick turnaround. Pricing is higher than what I’ve paid in the past and it’s a little out of the way from where we live. They have coupons through Yelp. I was reminded to give them the coupon ahead of time. They also offer pick up and delivery services which I will try next time.
I do not remember the person who served me, but I had a very good experience.
Great service; reliable pick up. Alberto was picking it up, but not sure if he still is doing our area.

Experience is great so far . I believe , moderate starch did not feel like moderate as I like to wear cotton and Linen , starched well, but performance in time, ability to recover items off hours, home p/u and delivery are desirable. Believe, you should monthly billing as well.
It was my first time using Kona. I received a warm and friendly greeting when I arrived. The customer service was excellent and they had my items back the next day, earlier than expected. I will use Kona from now on.
