Being a first time visitor I wasn’t sure how my uniform would come out. I’ve had it pressed wrong by other cleaners so that was a concern. Being in the military it was a surprise to me that our uniforms get dry cleaned at no charge. That is what’s amazing to me!! I picked up my dress blues the next day and they were perfect. Thank you so much for what you do Kona Cleaners.

The customer service was great, Rosa is so sweet and is very energetic. But, the actual hem job I received on my pants was so crooked and loose. The wrong tension setting on the sewing machine was definitely used. Will be getting my pants redone somewhere else.
Shirts were folded and were done really quickly. I enjoyed using the app to indicate that I was on my way as well.
