Most of the time my experience is good. I can tell you I do not like a cleaner that does not take its time pressing a customer's clothes simply because the cleaner had Disney Uniforms it has to clean and puts Disney Costumes before it's customers.
My complaint is that slacks made of a delicate fabric should be hung, not draped over a hanger that creates a kind of wrinkle. This was also previously done with a delicate sweater. I shouldn’t have to press my clothes that are fresh from the cleaners.
Great customer service and a professional and friendly staff. Clothes looked great with a fast turn around time.
