I've been a Kona Cleaners customer for probably a dozen years or so. I recently started taking advantage of their pickup and delivery services - everything is great. Always fast, always efficient I'm a happy customer.
Super quick and easy!
It was nice to have someone just come pick up the items from my house and return them to me with my busy schedule. The cleaning was done well. However, I do wish there was more communication. This was my first time and I wasn’t told when they would pick up, what the prices were or which service they were providing (I.e., dry cleaning, wash, etc.) until I received a receipt after the clothes were returned to me, or when they would return my clothes.
