The clothes had no order which I like but a felt the pricing was way too high

I have used Kona for at least 15 years, always nothing but prompt, done correctly and ready as promised. Recently had a hem come loose on a pair of slacks done a couple of months ago. They did the hem over and also dry cleaned the slacks free of charge. Excellent customer service, second to none!
