Great customer service! Their store app makes pick up and payment very convenient for those who are on the go like myself. Downloaded the app, entered my CC info, let them know when I will arrive to pick up my items and they have it ready for you at the door ready to go. No waiting, no lines....just awesome

Had my sheepskin rugs cleaned, which were in terrible shape since i have two large dogs. I was initially told by the friendly cashier that it would take two weeks to get them back, which was fine, but to my surprise they were ready two days later! The rugs came back almost like new, and saved me some money on buying new ones. Would use again!
