We’ve trusted Kona Cleaners ever since we switched from their competitors over 20 years ago. Always dependable and willing to do what’s necessary to make sure we are satisfied. Replaced the very few lost items over 20 years. Never needed buttons replaced or items re-cleaned. And will rush cleaning in 24 hrs when an item was urgently needed. We are totally satisfied customers.
Your counter help is exceptional.... that being said, your pricing is high! I also miss your weekday specials, ladies day, men’s days etc.
Loved this cleaner. The store was clean and staff is very friendly and professional. Prices are a little pricey but they go above and beyond, in my opinion.
Was quoted a price for cleaning my comforter which turned out to be incorrect. I really appreciate the great customer service in honoring the quoted price I had been given. Before I became a widower I just would have paid the higher price. Every dollar now means a lot more to me. Thank you
Very warm welcome on my first time visit. Process explained and my cleaning would be available the next day. Received a text the next day that my cleaning was available for pick up. Reception was very war when I picked up my cleaning and happy I decided to give them a try!
