Great customer service! Their store app makes pick up and payment very convenient for those who are on the go like myself. Downloaded the app, entered my CC info, let them know when I will arrive to pick up my items and they have it ready for you at the door ready to go. No waiting, no lines....just awesome

Had my sheepskin rugs cleaned, which were in terrible shape since i have two large dogs. I was initially told by the friendly cashier that it would take two weeks to get them back, which was fine, but to my surprise they were ready two days later! The rugs came back almost like new, and saved me some money on buying new ones. Would use again!

The workers that helped me were very friendly. They did a really nice job in getting my doll dresses cleaned. I am very pleased with how well and nice they look. Also the dresses were cleaned a lot sooner than I thought. So that was nice. Thank you!

Excellent work and quickly done overnight. Men’s pants dry cleaned and shirt laundered. And it was ready a bit early. So it was all good.

I’ll have used Kona twice so far and I’m quite pleased. The quality is outstanding and they dry cleaned 12 of my Hawaiian shirts in the same day! Amazing!

Kona is always a nice experience! The staff are always polite and friendly. They get your order to you in fast and efficient way. If you have a question they take the time to answer you. If a customer is being helped and you come in the door, you are immediately greeted.
