Great welcoming experience. Terrific price to have my suit cleaned. Ready the next day, and they sent me an email to let me know my dry cleaning was ready to pick up. So friendly, not only to me, but to all that I saw come in to drop off and pick up. I can truly recommend Kona Cleaners.
Like the fact that it's a "green" cleaner. This is the first cleaner I've been to that sends an email re your order - nice feature! Meena was very nice and helpful.
I had not expected to have such a technologically advanced dry cleaning experience. I appreciated the emails confirming drop-off and letting me know when garments were done. I also think emailed receipts are great as it makes it so much easier to track them for accounting purposes. The attendants were kind, understanding, and polite. I am eager to continue utilizing this service.

Hello, When I dropped off and picked up my dry cleaning, I was very pleased with the level of friendliness and courtesy. I was surprised by the cost to clean my blanket. One item cost $27 to fix a small seam and dry clean. When I picked up my blanket, there was still food on the back of the blanket. (I could scratch it off with my fingernail, so it was not a stain.) At this time I have no complaints. With change there will always be a few bumps along the way. I have not seen a drop off in service or quality. so I am satisfied with Kona Cleaners.
