Great job cleaning a variety of clothing (suit to formal dresses) with quick turnaround time. I really like the email notifications telling me when my dry cleaning is ready for pick-up.
Quick, efficient, and cheap! This was the first time I used them and I'll be going back.
I appreciated the email telling me my clothes were ready. Finally a price $29.86. With a 40% off coupon, it should nave been $17.92. This is not what I was charged when I when in. I don't feel you are very honest.
Not user friendly. Argumentative staff, when I dropped off my clothes, I was told to bring the coupon when I picked them up. When I picked them up, I was told, I would have needed to present it when I dropped them off. I also found it odd that I couldn't be told the cost to clean my clothes, when I left them.

Very good and price and custom service
The positives. I was happy with the person who I dropped my clothes off with as well as the person who I picked up from. I like the fact that pickup and delivery is available, though I didn't use it this time around. The negatives. The facility did not look very nice. It was pretty drab and not professional looking. Many of my dress shirts were missing their collar stays even though the coupon book sales person said that Kona made sure this wouldn't happen (I shared that this was a peeve of mine with other dry cleaners).
