My clothes were ready the next day. They notified me via email which is what i requested. They looked great and they were able to remove a big old stain on one of my shirts. Payment information and confirmation were also sent via email at my request. It's a fairly long drive to get there but as always the service is very good. Excellent customer service. They were able to get olive oil stain from skirt and did some repair on a woven wool coat. It's well worth the price. I've recommended to friends who go and switched to Kona.
