They always take good care of our travel clothes . If there is any problem of which there seldom is; they take care of it immediately; no fuss, no whining, no excuses. I also always need to tailor new pants and they take care of it for me right away. We have a down comforter and when it needs to be cleaned they handle it with care and back to me in excellent condition. Other cleaners give you that "maybe we can" and you should run away as fast as you can from them to Kona Cleaners for people that know they can.
