Since Kona has taken over La Verne Dry Cleaners my clothes feel and look terrible. There feel steamed instead of pressed and they are still wrinkled. After my next pick up i will be in search of a new dry cleaner. im very sad to see the previous owner go but i do understand they may need a break. I just do not want to check my clothes every time i pick up.
The prices have risen considerably under the new ownership. My daughter had two dresses cleaned for $62.00. And I had a table cloth and it was $46.00. They are going to lose long time customers with these increases.
I think was super expensive I’ve been going there for over 20 years and never paid so much never going back sorry might be a new owner thanks
I’ve been a customer there a couple years. I’m not a fan of of the white bags because you can’t do a quick visual check to see all items are there. Also, they would typically put all similar items together, for example my shorts would all be together. I received multiple bags with one pair of shorts, two polos and each had their own scan bar. Also - the shorts which I asked to have no crease, didn’t but looked like they hadn’t been pressed. With previous owners the shorts and shirts were nice and pressed and looked crisp. No... read more
