I appreciate the friendly customer service and the familiar faces at the front counter. However, I find the plastic cover problematic because it's unclear and blocks the view of the laundry inside, making it difficult to verify whether it belongs to us. Additionally, I dislike that the service prices aren't posted, which violates California law.
