I came in for alterations on some coats (needed the sleeves shortened). I wasn't in a rush, so they gave me an estimate of a few days to complete. The job was finished ahead of time & the alterations are near perfect. You can barely tell they were altered at all (beyond the length).

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Since this was my first time, they explained the process and the costs up front. I like the fact that the app tells me the details of my clothing! Like who takes the time to do that? If they’re that detail-oriented with those small details, I feel like they’re also just as careful with my clothes.
